Customer Care 
Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations. They are designed to ensure that UnderTheTop customers can shop with us in safety and security. For your own reference, please feel free to print and keep a copy.

Pricing 
All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and  Euros inclusive of TVA, and exclusive of delivery and installation charges. Delivery charges can be found at in the "Delivery" section of the site. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change.

Accepting orders and security 
When you place an order we treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with external agencies to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

Age Requirements 
If you order a product where a minimum age requirement of 18 years, by ordering you confirm you are of the required age.

Miscellaneous 
Sales on the web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us.

These terms and conditions only cover the UnderTheTop web site. Any links within this site to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of the web sites that are not under our control.

All prices are shown on UNDERTHETOP.COM website are correct at time of order plus (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 15%). And delivery as stated at Check-Out.

An acknowlegement of your order will be sent via e-mail when you place an order.
You must retain your bill of sale or provide other proof of purchase. 
Goods not sold on a trial basis.
All goods remain UNDERTHETOP.COM  property until paid for in full.
Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
We shall use our best endeavours to make delivery of the goods as soon as possible after acceptance of your order. 
UNDERTHETOP.COM   will not accept any responsibility or liability for delay in delivering the goods by any time/date suggested, Time is not of the essence in this contract unless otherwise agreed in writing by UNDERTHETOP.COM  prior to the date of sale.
Claims for Transit damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 36 hours of receipt. Opened or damaged boxes should be reported on delivery. Please report to UNDERTHETOP.COM  as soon as possible. 
If the product is unsuitable it must be return as sold undamaged with all labels still attached in the original packaging
Return goods must be returned to UNDERTHETOP.COM  for replacement or repair at their discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs. 

The terms and conditions listed above do not affect your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
